Fernanda do Valle Eating Disorder Recovery Coach
You are not alone!
I approach the entire process with the warm embrace and understanding of someone who has personally experienced this journey, both as a patient and as a mother (my son has ARFID). My empathy allows me to truly grasp the pain and challenges of recovery. As a coach, I help my clients on the “here and now,” helping them with their day-to-day eating challenges. The sessions are held anywhere, and anytime they need me. At home, at grocery stores, at restaurants, buying new clothes. My job is to assist my clients in accomplishing their treatment goals. In 2009, after detecting, accepting, and treating my eating disorder, I released my first book “Together - Our Fight Against Anorexia”. I also published “ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) - A Guide for Parents and Caregivers” and "My Food Nightmares: Living with ARFID".
